I received an order from a completely different restaurant and when I called the Driver, he had no clue and at the same time he was begging me complain to the company because he’s the one who is going to be punished when it is the company sending him a request from wrong restaurant. There is no way to contact HungerStation but by text. Which is a very lame way of communication and of course a robot answer answers you. And a human only appears once every five minutes you keep getting the same answers on the chat. They don’t have a phone number, unlike Lugmety. Who has amazing customer service and you can actually talk to someone. And even then they have no clue where my order went. They just sent me an order from a different restaurant. I have nothing to say about it . How is that even possible? And on the app? It says that my order was from the actual restaurant I ordered from.. the chat was continuously requesting that I sent them a picture of the wrong order and I was not available in-front of the order, so the robot kept sending me the same message again and again regardless of what I write it just keeps asking me for the picture again and agin at the end the robot just replied that they won’t refund me my order with the 20 Reyal compensation and what I really wanted is answers and customer service I don’t want the money!!! I want my order and an apology and i want customer service not a robochat!!! Lugmaty is the best!! I will never use this app that has no regard to its customers experience and needs

تاخير طلبات وتوصل إلى ثلاث ساعات من غير اي مراعاه العميل

الخدمة سيئة جداً، ولا يوجد استجابة سريعة من قبل خدمة العملاء.

من اسواء البرامج في هذي الخدمة لا يوجد دعم حقيقي ولا يوجد رقابة علي مندوب التوصيل

ارتفاع في الاسعار تاخير في الخدمه عدم وضوح في التعامل اضافه تكاليف لا مبرر لها اطاله الوقت بشكل لايعقل

التطبيق الوحيد اللي تقعد تحتري اكثر من ساعتين

لي الان سنتين واكثر مشترك plus . ولكن موضوع رسم الخدمة اختراع وجشع واضح. بانتظار انتهاء الاشتراك الحالي وبعدها حذف للتطبيق.

تم الطلب من ساعة وللان لم يصل الطلب على الرغم من قرب المكان ؟؟!!

آخر تحديثاتهم حاطين رسوم خدمة، عذرًا خدمتني في ايش؟ معروف رسوم الخدمة للدايننق مو للتوصيل تطبيق فااااشل وأتمنى إغلاقه

لقد طلبت الساعة الواحد والان الساعة ٣ ولم يصل الطلب هذا ان لم يصل باردا وجودته سيئة تول واخر مرة اطلب من هذا التصبيق

تم إلغاء طلب لي لان المندوب ذكر انه اتصل علي ولم ارد والغوا الطلب ولم يتم اعادة المبلغ إلى حسابي هانقرستيشن آخر همها العميل

I placed an order. On the menu, there were options to select, such as “no cheese sauce”, “no bbq sauce”, “no special sauce”, etc. The options I selected were “no caramelized-onion sauce”, “no 1000 island sauce”, “no soya sauce”, “no ranch sauce”, which should be obvious to anyone with basic brain activity that I just don’t want those 4 sauces but the others would be fine. I received my order, I didn’t get any sauce. I contacted customer service and was lied to that I didn’t order any sauce. I thought I might have accidentally hit the “no sauce” option, but when I reviewed my order, I saw that I had just ordered to not include the 4 sauces I had specified. I contacted customer service again, the second agent spoke Arabic despite my default settings being in English. So I tried again. The rep told me that I didn’t order sauces. So I sent screenshots of the different options and told him that I never said “no cheese sauce” and my order doesn’t show “no cheese sauce”, so I should have had cheese sauce. The option for “no barbecue sauce” was never ticked, so I should have had bbq sauce. If a customer doesn’t tick the options to delete these things, why do we have to specify to keep these things on here when we are not selecting to have these items omitted? I tried a fourth and final time. After that, I’m done. I don’t care if they offer me 1000SAR credit. I’m done with Hunger Station. This was ridiculous. I have never had to fight over a food order before but if service is going to be this despicable, they lost my business forever.

هل هذا تعامل مضبوط من قبل المناديب و الدعم المناديب متأخرين ولا يستجيبون والدعم عاشر مره اكلمهم بدون اي تغيير وتلومون الزبون مايستلم بعد اربع ساعات طاب خاطره وطلعوا ضيوفه وجاه النوم ووراه دوام

تطبيق سياسة الترجيع فيه سيئة تم إلغاء طلبي وتم سحب المبلغ ! ولي يومين لم يتم استرداد مبلغي وحقي

They have cancelled my order after more than an hour and half without giving me my money back ever after communicating with them 4 times! Not recommended at all 👎

Not real

The app is not working, I am currently in Saudi and I wanted to order multiple times but it keeps showing me “no store matches your request, try another store?” Even though I click only on the suggested items

اسوء موقع طلبت من١٠ ليل والان ٢ الفجر وطلعت من المكان ورفضو استرداد المبلغ او الالغاء والا الان لم يصل الطلب جدااا سىء في تعامل

دعم لايحترم العميل

تطبيق فاشل ولايوجد لديهم اي مصداقيه

تأخير زايد جدا جدا جدا

الطلب تاهر كثيرا ولم يتصل بي احد

لماذ تم الغاء الدفع النقدي

اكثر من مره اطلب واكتب بالملاحظات والمطعم يغلط بالطلب وخدمة العملاء مايغيرون لك الطلب ولا يرجعون قيمة الطلب ويعوضك بـ١٠ ريال خدمة العميل تحتاج اعادة هيكلة 👎🏽

رسوم خدمة؟؟ بالإضافة لسعر المنتج الأغلى من سعره الفعلي مضافا اليه سعر توصيل … الآن رسوم خدمة!!

Very very very very very bad customer service at all خدمة عملاء سيئة جدا جدا لايوجد احترام للعميل ابدا ابدا انتهاء التعامل مع هذا التطبيق السيء وغير المحترم تأخير كبير جدًا في توصيل الطلب ويجيك الأكل دائمًا بارد من التأخير الذي يصل لساعتين

بطيئين جداً في التوصيل و غير كدا التوصيل مرا غاليي

This is the most worthless app ever I can’t even login to my wife account who is working overseas in Saudi Arabia and I can’t buy her some food I did it before now I can’t trash app need to be shut down!!!

I ordered from a restaurant three times and the order was delayed for more than an hour and there was no response from support and the delivery workers do not understand
