Very Bad

I ordered from a restaurant in jeddah that charged my credit card but ended up delivering too late (after Ive left my workplace). I reached out to customer service and I was told it was the restaurants fault. I rated the order but my rating didnt show up in the comment section. I sent a message to complain leaving my email and number expected to be contacted, It never happened. Ive deleted this app for good now.
