Never again ! Ended up waiting fora cancelled order and money withdrawn from my credit card !! 0 stars !!

The app is more than perfect but I wish you would provide us with the working hours of the restaurants, when they open and close, thatll be very useful thanks.

More than 2 hours waiting for my order and nothing new.. No one is calling to confirm the order.. The mobile number of the restaurant is off.. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! THE WOREST SERVICE EVER Please dont use it

Most restaurants doesnt have the full menu, lots of them just decline your order, and they always decline credit cards and they are take the full amount of money from it

Coupons dont work and very bad application

I tried many times to contact through the live chat but they dont respond, they have the option for changing the order but when you choose that you receive a message asking you to call the restaurant directly, when I call the restaurant they ask to contact HungerStation for that !!!!! Dislike

Quick communication but why have a restaurant on your delivery list when they dont have cars to deliver. I deleted the app because there is no guarantee that my food will be delivered even if I order from another restaurant.

Good features, but disastrous support and customer service. And it has that stupid, stupid feature, when you order, it gives the restaurant 10 minutes to accept or reject, and when these 10 minutes pass, what happens? They wait for the restaurant to respond!!! Whats the point then? IT SHOULD CANCEL THE ORDER!!!

I ordered from a restaurant in jeddah that charged my credit card but ended up delivering too late (after Ive left my workplace). I reached out to customer service and I was told it was the restaurants fault. I rated the order but my rating didnt show up in the comment section. I sent a message to complain leaving my email and number expected to be contacted, It never happened. Ive deleted this app for good now.

Nice but there are a lot that has the same idea .. What we really need is to start using visa to pay

There are no words to describe how perfect it is other than the word perfect itself! Id like to see more restaurants in the next update such as McDonalds, Herfy, Kudu, and Texas Chicken. Thanks
